This soup recipe serves 2. If you prefer it more broth like just increase the amount of water you use in step 1 below.
Dissolve one stock cube such as Kallo vegetable or chicken in 300ml of boiling water.
Add the tub of Lush Mush to the stock and stir till blended through. Once it starts to bubble, reduce the heat and simmer for 5mins until hot. Serve with crusty bread or a salad.
